Since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of working with extraordinary clients and candidates as a head-hunter, building a network that spans France, Boston, California, and beyond. At Covalent Executive Search, my approach is all about being diligent, collaborative, and, most importantly, caring. I genuinely value the relationships I’ve built with clients and candidates alike, and I take pride in supporting businesses with the leadership they need to excel.
My journey into the world of executive search is a little unconventional. I studied Healthcare and Art, and I began my career caring for patients with mental health issues and neurological disorders. This experience not only shaped my desire to make a difference but also sparked my commitment to the healthcare industry. It’s this passion for making a meaningful impact that fuels my work today in sourcing exceptional leaders within Life Sciences and Tech.
